I went to School for Early Childhood Education at Mohawk College, and I Graduated in 2013. I have been working as a RECE since then. I started working at Li’l Ninjas Childcare in 2015. I am the Supervisor/Program Administrator of the Li’l Ninjas Childcare Center.

I am a 1^st Degree black belt here at United Family Martial Arts. I love working with children and watching them grow, Learn, and experience new things everyday. They do not only learn from us but we learn from them as well, each child is unique in their own way.

I am also a mother to my beautiful Daughter Harper. I am a very family-oriented person, I enjoy my weekends with my Family and a good book.

Lisa Quade, Supervisor

Hello, my name is Lisa Quade, and I have been dedicated to working with children for over 14 years here at L’il Ninjas Childcare, where I’ve gained valuable experience in early childhood education. Throughout this time, I have been involved in the children’s program, supporting their growth, development and everyday learning in a positive and nurturing environment.

Currently I am pursuing my studies in Early Childhood Education at Mohawk College, where I am building on my passion and experience with a strong educational foundation. I enjoy being active and engaging in physical activities, which I often bring into my work with the children to make learning fun and interactive. My long-term goal is to continue creating meaningful experiences for children while fostering their development in safe and supportive settings.

Nurto Abdulahi, RECE

I recently graduated in 2025 from Mohawk College with a diploma in Early Childhood Education, where I gained strong knowledge and hands-on experience in child development, learning through play, and creating inclusive environments for children of all ages.

I am excited to begin my career at The Little Ninja Childcare Centre, working in the before-and-after school program, where I can bring my energy, creativity, and passion for helping children grow and succeed.
